Heat treatment
🔥 Typical Heat Treatment
Soft annealing: 740–800 °C, slow cooling in the furnace; hardness max. 230 HB.
Hardening: 1000–1050 °C, cooling in air or oil.
Tempering: 100–250 °C, depending on the required hardness.
